Ignition source for spal controller and Fans

Hey just a quick question. I have my spal controller and relay set up on my core support on my 67 camaro. I need to know what wire you are splicing into for the ignition source wire. Or are you running a wire through the firewall and to the fuse box.

I think running a dedicated ignition wire back to the fuse box is the best idea.

I plan on having a seperate fuse block with a relay off the ignition. My plan is to pull power to the extra block from the battery but use and ignition keyed source to work a realy to activate/deactivate the power to the block. Just an idea I'm kicking around for extra ign/acc circuits.
