      The tail lights were not that simple. The factory flasher need a lamp load to signal. The trailer adapter does not provide this so the blinker's do not work. It took me a wile to find a resistor that would load down the flasher with out getting extremely hot. Once I got that all set, I was able to use the trailer adapter. Should have the heat sink and component compartment done this weekend.
