Both quarters, wheelhouses, trunk drop offs and the tail panel have been replaced.
Mini tubs are installed. The floors and trunk were in great shape.

DSE subframe connectors and roll cage are going in now.

It looks great! I am envious, I tried to reweld the seams on my sub-frame, but... crappy machine, makes crappy welds... must be true, because it could not possible be the operator!

Sweet car and don't worry about stealing my thread title. It seems like the LS7 cars are just coming out of the woodwork.

The quarter panels are OER's from Classic Ind. and fit really well. The tail panel is goodmark.
It took a fair amount of work to make everything fit together well and getting the gaps right. But I enjoy that part for some dumb reason.

The outer wheelhouses are from Rick's First Gen. These are the better ones they sell, made in the US I believe and are real nice. Well worth the extra money.

The wheels are Fikse Profil 5 and the paint was going to be black right up until I saw the beautiful 69 of Streetking?? That is now my desktop and I'm leaning towards a dark metallic grey with black or silver Z28 stripes. Everybody throw in your 2 cents. Thanks

      Fikse. Nice!

regarding paint, I think that dark grey you mention is better than black. The car is my desktop at the moment too.

As much as I like black on a lot of cars, I feel that black on the 69 makes it lose some of it's attractive lines. they just kind of disappear in black. (for me)
