      Fuel Injection for 489ci BBC

I'm thinking of fuel injecting a 489 BBC. Does anyone have any experience in this area? If so, give me some ideas on what type of set-up to go with.

That's an incredibly vague question. first, are you asking just about an ecu, or for manifold recommendations as well, or a complete kit?

Still fighting it, it is at the best tuner in town (not the best Holley tuner) so we will see. It's very, very close to getting a carb for Power Tour.

I do not blame the system, just the lack of knowledge anyone has for it and some limited tuning parameters in comparison to more elaborate systems.

      Fuelie Fan,
I'm asking about a complete kit.

To my knowledge, then, FAST does not sell complete kits. Holley and Edelbrock do. Third parties such as Force EFI or Retrotek assemble kits using one vendor's intake, another vendor's ecu, etc. They are custom-bult by application whereas Holley's are slightly more generic, but also probably a little more expensive. There are many that offer such services, it's best to find one close to you, or find one who uses the same ecu as people in your area have experience with (see Frank's frustration above). I'm not from your area so I couldn't give any solid recommendations.

Oh, there's also converted IR systems, from Kinsler or Hilborn, though I don't recommend the Hilborn as they use a sub-par ecu.
