Brake Hardness?
I have stock disc brakes in the front and drums in the rear with stock power brakes. How stiff is my pedal supposed to be? I also have put in earls stainless steel brake lines. My brake feels soft for some reason and I am wondering if it is normal for 69' camaros?

Soft and hard are terms that are not the easiest to describe online. Most stock power brake systems are assisted heavily so I suspect your brakes should feel fairly "soft".
Does the car stop well? Was the system bled properly?
