      Which trans will a BBC

Hey whats up everyone, Happy New Year!! Well my dad and I decided on a 615hp BBC 496. Here's the prob, I think were leaning towards an overdrive trans. Do you think that the t56 woulod be able to handle the power with a centerforce dual friction clutch, if so LT-1 trans or LS-1, I'd like to avoid all the swap kits, so what parts am I gonna need to complete it. Or should I go with a tko600 swap from classic chevy, cost wise what would be less, what would you do. Alsmost forgot the car is currently a sbc350 with a th350. Or should I go with the could old m-22. Where also doing the moser 9" bolt-in. THanks Everyone Chris

What kind of driving will you be doing? What kind of car? I like the things I have read and heard about the tko-600 and am going that route with my car. I initially thought about the t-56 but decided I didn't need both overdrives for the driving I will be doing so I went with the 5 speed.

The TKO-600 is a much easier install. There is also no need for 2 overdrives. Same some money and get the TKO-600.
