Gone now, swept away. For reasons long forgotten, two mighty warrior tribes went to war and touched off a blaze which engulfed them all. Without fuel, they were nothing. They built a house of straw. The thundering machines sputtered and stopped. Their leaders talked and talked and talked. But nothing could stem the avalanche. Their world crumbled. The cities exploded. A whirlwind of looting, a firestorm of fear. Men began to feed on men. On the roads it was a white line nightmare. Only those mobile enough to scavenge, brutal enough to pillage would survive. The gangs took over the highways, ready to wage war for a tank of juice. And in this maelstrom of decay, ordinary men were battered and smashed. Men like Max. The warrior Max. In the roar of an engine, he lost everything. And became a shell of a man, a burnt out, desolate man, a man haunted by the demons of his past, a man who wandered out into the wasteland. And it was here, in this blighted place, that he learned to live again...
      Damn that was beautiful.

      Hey Allen....

      "INCONCEIVABLE!!!!"

Fessik - "Hey, I'm on the brute squad"
Miracle Max - You ARE the Brute Squad.

ok if its no longer your one favorite....im gonna use Ralphs break down:

Favorite Western: TombStone, Last Man Standing (very under-rated but just badass)

Favorite Action: wow...tough; Die Hard, Predator, Original Mad Max (uncut and un-dubbed DVD version), T2, Heat, Cobra, escape from LA....damn too many

Favorite Comic Book into a movie: also tough; Sin City, Batman Begins-Batman-Batman Returns, X-men (new X3 trailer is out on apple.com )

Favorite Sci-Fi: way to many to list...but The Thing, Alien3, Star Wars series...although I still havent seen Revenge of the Sith

ok ok...this is gonna take way too long...ill just add Donnie Darko is good but twisted, much like Requiem For a dream, SE7EN, Pi, Saw, and The Cell.

oh yeah and these three at least some of you have to agree with, The Goonies, CaddyShack, and Clue.

wow, ok im done...i think...yeah im done.

LOL I own that one too. I have almost all of his movies. The best line in any of his movies was in 'How I learned to love the bomb':

Gentlemen! There's no fighting in the War Room!

Wow..there are a few,but this one really takes me back! I first saw this
around 1980..scared the bejesus out of me,it was just one of those scary
movies that leave you looking over your shoulder on the way home.lol.

The "Tall Man" was my favorite, just so evil and he knew he was..

One of his best lines out of the movie..

Tall Man: "You play a good game boy, but the game is finished, now you die!"

This is one of the best sci-fi movies i have ever seen..

My favorite part in "The Party" is when Sellers shoots that dart gun and it sticks to that actor/cowboy's head. He runs outside. The actor walks over to the doorwall and looks around to see Sellers at the other side of the pool. Sellers says (using Indian accent) "Howdy Par-ta-ner". I lose it every time. You have to see the movie to appreciate it.

      Damn game load LOL
The one early flick that scared me was "Prophecy" not the Christopher Walkin angel one but the mercury birth defective bear one...scary stuff cause we loved to go camping on the week ends.

I understand the whole Princess Bride thing. I laughed at that movie so much!

How about my cousin Vinny?! The two "Yutes"! No matter how many times it runs on Comedy Central, I will watch it.
