69 Wheels

I own a 69 Camaro and the next step is Wheels!!!! Yeah.... Was thinking of Foose or Budnik but don't want to mini tub. What is the largest wheel for the rear and front that I can mount. I dont want any rubbing obviously.. I wanted to run a

275/40/17 rear and 240/45/17 front. Also

What size wheel for front and rear?
What proper backspacing should be used?

Paul I just put these size of tires on my 69. The rim size was 17x8 with 4.75bs and 17x9.5 with 5.5bs. No rubbing issues.
