1966 chevelle Ridetech Rear upper control arm question

Should my upper control arms look like this? Each one has the control arm offset to the right hand side where it attaches to the ears on the rear end. The driver side comes in perfect since the control arm is in line with the inside of the car. But on the passenger side its causing the joint to be angled from the same offset as the drive side. The control arm is moved to the outside versus the inside. The one on the passenger side is not flipped and is installed correctly.

Could the problem be with my Quick performance 9" rear? Could they have welded the right upper control arm mount on wrong? After looking at it more, it looks like this could be the cause of the issue. The rear end is perfectly center on the frame. The mount on the driver side is perfectly parallel with the control arm, but you can see on the passenger side, the mount and control arm are not at all parallel.
