      Ridetech update

Currently in the middle of a huge suspension overhaul. Out with the old in with the new. I purchased a ridetech shockwave level 2 kit which includes the 4 link and a few other goodies, front and rear muscle bars, and a truturn kit.

The trunk will be finished, sub, amp eyc so everything will be out of sight.

Was wondering on where to mount the screen, turns out it fits perfectly in the ashtray with an angled mount.*

Sweet! Definitely a big overhaul but you're doing a really clean install. Be sure to let me know if you need anything else!

P.S. - Silver is one of the best colors you'll ever see on a 1st gen!

Since we're in project updates now, here's some stuff other than the suspension.

Dropping in the 383, it's a fully forged setup, AFR comp 195 heads, 1.6 pro mag rockers, custom cam bunch off other goodies. Switched to a hydroboost setup and also Holleys Sniper EFI. Oh and color matched the engine bay.

Picked the Camaro up yesterday, damn thing is a beast. The Holley Sniper throttle is way too sensitive, i read that increasing the arm geometry will help out. Other than that a few more miles and ill change the oil. Here's some vids, first is the initial startup second is playing with the airride. I can't drop it down very far in the front, the wheels offset is way off... long story. But hopefully next year i can do brakes, wheels and tires.

      AirRide

I basically have the same set up in my '68 Camaro. I really like... still trying to find the sweet spot to set the ride height too. Somedays it feels great and other days its a rough ride and can't get it set right. And I have it programmed in. Not sure if I need to mess with the adjusters on the shocks and soften or stiffen the ride up.

Are you running the Auto Ride Height sensors or adjusting bag pressure? If you are not running the sensors, the ambient air temp will effect ride height/quality. The sensors will put the car exactly where you program each of the 3 presets. If air only, it will bring each bag to the PSI you set it for.
