I want to get a full on coilover handling kit for my 79 trans am. Any thoughts on the speed tech 2nd gen gt package?

I looked into several setups and they seemed to be pretty good quality. I found a lot of good things said about speed tech but I eventually went with the complete protouring fbody suspension setup based on reviews and pricing. Dave over there was very helpful and can do coil over kits but he does not really show much on the website for them.

I saw their chicane coilover conversion but I'm looking for more of an entire package. Just checking to see if anybody has bought the GT package

I bought the entire front end coil kit with ride-tech coil-overs. I have about 250 miles on the car now. It drives damn nice with 275/40/17 front tire.

I have the chicane setup up front with upper and lower control arms with their tq arm out back (pretty much the gt kit but I did it seperate before they offered a kit.) and absolutely love the adjustability and how the car handles. I would buy their stuff again.
