DSE dash insert with Holley Digital Dash

I'm in the midst of installing an LS twin turbo set up in my '69 Camaro with Holley EFI. I bought a DSE dash insert, originally planning on installing analog gauges, but I'm intrigued by Holley's digital dash set up. Has anyone used it and installed it in the DSE insert? Alternative recommendations?

I have the Holley digital dash installed in my Cougar and it works awesome. Can't help with the DSE insert part, but you can either surface mounts it or maybe mount it behind the dash (with a hole). There is a template in the digital dash instructions.
