      ZL1 & 6 speed

Is a ZL1 (LSA) and six speed worth the cost ($20k from donor camaro) for a restomod or is a LS2 4L60E with mods money better spent?

I am not sure, but I believe you can get all new stuff for much less than 20k see link. Also I have a 2013 Zl1 Camaro, the platform is amazing, easily moded, and very wicked when done, also extremely nice street manners. Cant say enough good about this setup!!

Thanks, that link is for automatic - but the T56 super magnum setup was offered for $19,046 + freight & sales tax....this puts the donor car value in place for me - thanks for the info....

Keep in mind that the tr6060 in the new camaro is not as swap friendly as a t56 magnum. The new camaro uses IRS, so the transmission has a fixed flange on the transmission. Also, the shifter may be a problem. Just things to keep in mind.
