      Booster recommendation

I have an 86 Monte with the stock 12" SINGLE diaphragm booster which is very weak.
I have 13" c5 fronts and 12" LS1 rear disc. Most Montes had a 9" dual diaphragm booster and some people recommended the 12" dual from a caprice.
Any advice on which route to go? I have a vacuum canister laying around, my pedal was super stiff with that on there

I have the Kore3 C6 fronts and LS1 rears and I went with Tobin's recommendation which was a 9" Dual diaphragm booster, and 1" master cylinder. I got my booster and brackets from TuffStuff and my master cylinder is a 1" bore Right Hand drive 2002 S10 unit. About $50 bucks on amazon. I used the adjustable Wilwood proportioning valve/ bracket and made my own lines.

I need to get a proportioning valve too.
How does the pedal feel with the 9"?

I am going to use that same set up on my camaro with c6 brakes. Should have it together in the next couple months.

I have the exact same setup on my Kore3 C5 front and rear. I have the DSE setup (same as Nicks but cheaper LOL) Works great! The prop valve was very easy to tune and get right.

Well, I ordered a 9" dual diaphragm booster and im hoping it's bad out of the box. The pedal presses very softly and returns very slow.....so slow I can't pump the brakes

Who did you get it from? Did you change master cylinders too?

Booster is a reman CARDONE and the master cylinder is a 15/16 bore from a 79 Riviera.
Even with the brake booster not hooked up, the pedal stroke seems longer than I want too
