Isis In touch Mobile questions

So as some of you may know I am almost finished with my (Isis)Infinitybox install.
I already passed the smoke test so we are good there ha ha, but this question goes out to anyone using in touch mobile how do you pair your device with the mastercell? I have got all the way to the Carhotspot screen but cannot get connected. What am I missing? Also on a different not I have 3 power cells and want to make sure I am addressing them correctly.
