More suspension details. Love those coated flex brake lines, smooooth!
We sent the springs from our new Viking Crusader AutoX valved shocks out for a clear red powder coat, similar to the wheels. Looks awesome!

Jeremy is our lead tech and has taken on the crunch time task of assembling the truck mostly by himself. Soon you'll start seeing his sleeping bag in the background of the photos, lol! Great Job Jeremy, keep it crankin!

Thanks Ben. I am sure that you guys can come up with something cool. The yellow plastic handle is pinned to the dip stick itself, so it can be easily removed and replaced. I cut both the tube and the dipstick, but it can be left stock length. Originally Posted by Ben@SpeedTech

Thanks for the info. My son just bought a wrecked Tahoe so he can do a 5.3 swap into his G body wagon. We call his car Coppertop so maybe a fabbed mock up of a "AA Duracel battery" for a dipstick handle would be fun, lol! I do have an engineering neighbor friend with a rapid prototyping machine side business in his garage...

Anyone ever notice the lack of cool dash inserts for these C10s? We did too, there really isn't much support there at all, so we've decided to make one that we can add to our C10 catalog. If you've got a buddy looking for a cool C10 dash upgrade please pass the word!
Darren in engineering did a great job designing the 3D model from which we milled the main clusters out of billet, and the thin inserts were laser cut for a perfect fit.

The concept is that the inserts can be easily customized to the truck, brushed, painted, wrapped, print dipped, laser cut carbon fiber, etc.
For our truck we tried a couple options, black and white, black and brushed, ...

... and we finally decided on black with a red rim. The red is the same clear red powder coat that was used on the wheels, brakes, and shocks. The photos don't do it justice, it really is pretty. The back lit gauges are from Speedhut out of Orem, UT, and look killer at night, perfectly matching the light up dials on the Vintage Air controls.
