I know this will sound silly, but check to make sure that the shocks they sent you are the same length. I had the same system on my car a few years ago and had the same issue. After chasing the problem, I finally realized the shocks in the kit were not the same. I was sent two different lengths. I had to return the wrong one for a correct length shock.

Even if the shocks were diff. They are not. Why would raising one side raise the other? I have the right side coil raised 1" more than the left but the right side is still 1" lower. Could the sway bar be messing me up?

That does not explain the fact that adjusting one side affects both sides.

Ride height should be set on a flat plate, without the sway bar being connected. Once the height is set, the sway bar should be installed, again on a flat plate, with the car at ride height. Doing it any other way might preload the suspension.
