      Air Compressor Choice.

I need a new air compressor that will be up to the task of painting, as my Firebird is almost ready for primer. My gun requires 10.1 CFM @ 30psi, its a SATAjet 4000b RP. So with 25% margin for safety i need around 12.5CFM @40psi. Id like 80gal, but 60 should suffice ill just have to be mindful of how long i hold the trigger. Basically I've come down to these 2, Craigslist is full of nothing but 10-20gal or $1500+ diesel compressors, and rentals are about the same price range id spend on a compressor. A friend of mine has had a smaller 110v Puma for 6ish years now and its still going so i haven't dismissed them for being Chinese. Does anybody have any input, ideas, reasons, experience with either?

Im in the Market for a new compressor. I painted my Falcon last year with a 60 gal single stage. It ran quite a bit, and with that the air gets hot and full of moisture. That was my experience.

Painted my Buddies jeep over the summer using his 80 gal duel stage. That's the way I'm going on the next one.
