The experience I had was with a 9.5" rim, 5.5" backspace and a 285 tire. You can measure your space with a tape measure and a straight edge to be sure.
I can't really comment on 10" wide rims. My guess would be 5 3/4" back space and some wheel well massaging.MrQuick ΜΟΛ'ΩΝ ΛΑΒ'Ε
