      69 Camaro RS Protouring Project

Hi I am restoring a 69 camaro rs So I will be positing the build on it. I plan on using a ls1 motor from a 1998 camaro ls1 here is what I will be building from. Looks kinda rough but I have a vision for it. I was thinking of protouring it unless you guys think I should do something different.

Okay we got a couple more updates we had some time to install the custom ac bracket for the ls1 in the 69 camaro rs and we purchased the sanden 508 compressor in chrome. we had to get a new belt for this setup which was a gates k060980 and it worked perfect. The tensioner we had to get was the gates #38164. We used the old pulley off the old tensioner also which is listed or shown next to the new tensioner

notice us configuring the tension the pulley above was from the old stock tensioner

making some final adjustments on the ac bracket and belts

notice the chrome sanden 508 not bad on pricing the bracket cost more then the compressor :(

Nice work, like the wheels in black. (Yellows not in my taste but appreciate the fab work on the vents).

Nice work guys, but these weels were more my taste !

Yellow don't hurt me, maybe paint also the calipers, rear-view mirrors & tail pannel in yellow would match ?

Nice work with console & seats !

      My 2 cents
