      72 Nova build in Ohio

      Hey Guys,
I'm Jimmy, 30 years old. I live and work in Columbus Ohio. I picked up a 72 Nova in the fall of 2012. My Dad and I plan to do quite an extensive build with this car. So far we got everything in working order and the car is a nice daily driver. 350 Small block with a 4 speed... Nothing special... Yet. We updated the gauges and picked up a ZF 6 speed from a C4 corvette(not installed yet). Now im looking to get a C4 complete rear suspension with a dana 44 3.45 gears and a DSE front subframe. Planning to run 18x11 or 12s in the rear and 18x10 in the front. I would also like to swap out windows and doors for the single window 73-74 models to get rid of the wing windows. Planning many more modifications to the body and interior. More to come as we progress. I also threw in a pic of my truck.

Nice looking Nova. Love seeing those as PT machines with fat meats in the back.

time and money wise you might be better off going with a torque arm rear suspension or one of the 4 link set-ups over the C4 stuff.

Unfortunately I do not, but another option is our Torque Arm kit you get the best of both worlds, lateral stability for acceleration traction and centered suspension articulation for bind-free handling. This makes a torque arm great for street, drag racing, or road racing without compromising any application.

We make the kit for 67-81 F-Body & 68-74 X-Body.......BTW, the kit will be featured on Two Guys Garage March 2nd at 10:30AM

Beautiful Nova and truck! The Nova brings back some memories! My best friend in high school had one JUST like that except for the side stripe. nice car. Had a warmed over 350 that ran real nice.
good luck on the work and keep us in the loop!

You should start a build thread in the project updates section so we can all follow along
