      Mother Mopar

You guys have some really nice rides for sure!!! But I haven't seen many Mopars. I dare to be different so I can't wait to dive into my 66 Sport Fury. I've already talked to Bonspeed, FFI and SSBC. So parts and pieces are on their way. Next step, a little paint and polish. Then, a 500 cu in stroker 383 and a Keisler 5/6 speed. All with factory AC and power windows.Stay tuned....

No Mopars? You haven't looked hard enough...

I love Furys of all gens, but I've always been partial to the 64 through 68s.
I look forward to seeing your build!

Here are a few pics of the new FURY. 383 4v, 4 speed, air, power brakes and steering, power windows and even power trunk release. I'm working on a few electrical gremlins right now, mostly just bulb replacements and such. I have also just put in a 489 case pumpkin with 3.55 gears and a Sure-grip. Should have brakes, suspension, tires and wheels in the next 3 weeks.

This is what I'm thinking for a tire and wheel combo. Bonspeed Big Blocks (all polished) 19x8 and 20X10 with Ventus R-S3 245's and 285's (maybe 295's if they are rounded on the edge enough).

I'm not familiar with Mopars other than a few. That is a good looking car. I wouldn't know what it was if it didn't say Plymouth on it.

Has anybody had good luck with the AFCO double adjustable shocks? Is it worth it? I've got Bilstein RCD's coming and probably won't be auto-xing anytime soon if at all. Thought's?

What are your plans for brakes? I'm redoing a 65 Sport Fury right now and contacted Wilwood but they said they don't have anything available for C body Mopars.

Beautiful car. I wish mine had started out even half that clean.

SSBC has a few setups for the c-bodies.

      Mother Mopar

Started off by pulling dents and dings using a dentless repair guy before stripping it down for painting. No bodyfiller on this baby!
