Did you order bonspeed Wheels from driverzinc? PLEASE READ

I have had numerous customers contacting me about orders that they placed through driverzinc. It is very unfortunate to find out that a dealer
is not representing our products professionally or providing the utmost in customer care. Several customers have made direct contact with us
and we are helping them work through their orders. Some of these customers ordered as long ago as November and we never saw the order until
late January!

CUSTOMER TIPS:
• If you purchase our wheels from any reseller and it takes in excess of 6-7 weeks, please contact us directly.
note: Some instances such as special rim sizes, custom programming or finishes may take longer but it is not the standard
• Be sure to get a clear and complete sales invoice that describes the product and how much you paid.
• Investigate the reseller on forums and even call the manufacturer for a reference.
• Be sure they are an authorized reseller of the product you are purchasing.

We are disappointed that our bonspeed customers have been treated unfairly and we hope to help each and every one get their wheels!

And this is the very reason I go straight to the manufacturer for parts now. I pay more and I know that. It's a shame how only a few vendors can ruin it for all the good ones out there. Way to go Brad. I've just started a new build, '56 Chevy 3100 pickup, and I think I've just found the company I'm going with.

Would you guys happen to have any forums deals going on any time soon. I see an old ad of a June sale. On the fence about which manufactor I am going to go with. Thanks

Well, one can assume that new orders were paying old orders etc. etc...

I had a similiar situation with my order of VWW and the time delay from driversinc. I sent an email directly to VWW and asked, they didn't even have the order yet.
I did recieve my wheels, but I never understood why the delay.. because VWW turn around was less than a week.

I can't say the whole experience was bad, the sizes were spot on and the items were well packaged. I did have to make quite a few phone calls in order to get a response from Jon. One time I had called and told they were in the back of the shop and that his tire guy was out.

I have purchased various parts from parts dealers on PT and lateral-g. There are some great ones out there that can be very helpful. I hope this incident doesn't discourage all. As far as Bonspeed's response to helping customers, that is pure class. That is the type of company I want to buy from.
