DID RIDETECH MESS UP OR am I missing something here?

So I am putting together my front end with a complete ridetech system soup to nuts.. Get to the coil over front shocks and when I try to pre assemble them the nut has no room at all to be able to screw on. (SEE ATTACHED PICTURES). So I look at the number on the box and it reads 11163510 which corresponds to the front GM F BODY SINGLE ADJUSTABLE coilovers.. So I start looking at all of the pieces and I notice that the STUD TOP BASE on the parts page says that it measures 2.75 inches BUT when I measured the ones I have they measure out at 3 5/8 inches!!! This would seem to make sense on what is going on but I just want to make sure I am not missing something here Is it safe to say that whoever packaged this order up put the WRONG parts package in place? What other things should I be checking to make sure I have the complete assembly right as well? I am going to contact them tomorrow since tonight they are closed but should I just send the entire package back to them or should I just have them send the right Stud top bases? Again the pics tell the story on what I am talking about.

      Thanks
      Mark

Looks like you have a 3.75" "spacer" instead of the 2.75" one you should have.
Give us a call tomorrow and we'll get you the correct parts.

      Sorry for the screw up!

With Spiderman!! LOL.. Thanks Britt, I will give you a call today. Always liked the guys at ridetech and yes their customer service has always been very very good. They also have made this install very EASY to do for the average wrencher due to the excellent instructions and customer service. Just glad I wasnt losing it.
