      WTB: LS6 Camshaft

      Hey!
I've got a super low budget LS1 vega wagon project going together. I'm looking to buy someone's LS6 take-out camshaft.
Preferably part number 12565308; it would have 5308 marked on the cam.
      Thanks so much!

Best of luck to you on this - I've been looking for a good used one for months with no luck. Summit Racing has them new for $300 - that's the best I've found new. You might consider the LS9 cam. It's just over $118 or so plus shipping and tax.

The LS9 is a GenIV so to use it in a pre 05' LS engine(GenIII) You need the timing cover that has the cam sensor from an LS2 or an 07 or newer truck engine and an LS2 cam sprocket .

I've got some time, I'll keep my fingers crossed for the LS6 cam.
