Painstakingly slow progress but I am going to school full time now and only have an alley to work in. Virtually all my tools are in a storage unit 5 States away. I need to get my carb up to Ontario to the Carb Shop go over it. I have a set of wheels on the way but I need to have San Diego Gear and Axle shorten up the rear before I can put them on. Wish I would have thought ahead and ordered the Strange rear with the right length. It would have been no cost to me at that point.

But I did get a hood!

Thanks. Just looking at that picture again makes me realize how crappy it looks with that busted up grille and stuff. I have a new grille, all new chome, front spoiler, side marker lights and a whole bunch of other stuff I need to put on too.

Thanks to you for receiving at your shop. Believe me on this, I have a plan to get it up to you but I'm sure it won't be as soon as you OR I would like. I will need to get the rear cut down for ese big rollers I'm getting from Driverz and that's about it for spending on it so I can't start a Body/Paint fund for it.

take your time Jonny, I'll be here when you are ready. Just do everything right the first time. Dont rush anything or you'll be selling something for a loss to get the right piece. I think we have all done that a few times. :(

That's an AAR replica. ABS plastic vers. of an original AAR spoiler. They may be useful on other cars as well because a 'cuda has a very flat rear deck. It's about 55" wide. It doesn't have curves or bows so it could potentially be massaged to work on various cars. You could even section it pretty easily.

AAR Quality Fiberglass out of Florida molds them.

No, I took it up when I picked up my two rear wheels from Driverz. I just got it back in the mail a few weeks ago. Thanks though.

Just so everyone knows, I am indebted to John. He helped me out so much it's hard to put down here. My city has an ordnance against working on your car at the curb. It was parked across the street from my daughters elementary school (at the end of my alley), the mothers that drop their kids off started calling the police because of this old "junker" taking up valuable curb space they could use to drop off their kids. There is an old lady that would come out in her front yard and call the police every time I would even pop the hood. She did it when John showed up with the trailer!
Unfortunately I live in an upscale island town and I am not upscale myself. If you don't drive a Maseratti to pick your kid up from school you're not fitting in! LOL

Hey Johnny, have you considered going black with the red interior?

That actually means a lot coming from you Amir. The car is moving along so slowly though. Aarrggghh!

Esenior, I have thought about red interior. I had a rendering of silver paint, red stripe and red interior. It was pretty bitchin but silver paint seems a little played out. Now, flat black, red stripe, and red int. would be pretty sweet. Going flat is pretty bold but when it's done right (not like a Krylon job that covers trim and is all rough) it looks nice.

The goal for now is to just keep saving money, finding money in my living expenses, and getting the Go-Fish back on track.
