Ok, JDM = Japanese Direct Market. As far as I know, not too many Japanese cars sold in Japan (direct market) have wheels that look like the Lites or the ones on the Miata (MX-5) from the factory. Yes, that style may be common on Japanese cars in Japan and in the U.S. (tuner crowd) just like Cragar 5 spokes were common here back in the day on muscle cars and hot rods, but they're aftermarket.

Now that that's cleared up, who the effff cares if some styles are used on tuner mobiles, if those styles also look good on muscle cars and pro touring cars, run 'em!!

I still like the Anarchy for your car, but those Lites look super bada$$ when done right like on the wicked Camaro above!!

Haha, thanks. I'm really trying to make a decision. I had a date set to order and it will still likely happen, but I have looked into replacing my daily driver (02 Sport Trac) with something a little more ...different... and that money would go to down payment on it. Definitely will be getting something, but it may be a little postponed.. Right now its not very likely but we'll see.

Don't kill this thread! I'm still deciding, just learned I may be able to get one of my dream cars affordably! Otherwise the last 4 months of gazing at wheels will have been a waste!

Someone can feel free...I'm deployed right now, don't have photoshop either, and can't go take pictures of my car, but the photos on these pages is pretty much the best I can do right now...

Well I have the old car I've always wanted...and I have found a couple (not really cars...) reasonably priced Hummer H1's! Haha, some may think thats terrible, they're uncomfortable, obnoxious, and an overall pain but I can't even remember how long I've wanted one. Still seems pretty unlikely (insurance is actually the largest issue) but I'm trying to get one

also looks like the JDM watanabe wheels but some JDM wheels look sweet on PT cars

(JDM SSR).........(NewGen needs a wheel like the SSR or Works)

I would get the NewGen wheels.
Nail on the head. Pleas call me, I'd like talk to you more about design possibilities, I'm drawing up more wheels and have ideas I'd like to discuss with someone who "gets it". Modern versions of Vintage Trans Am cars are really coming up, and with it the want for period looking correct performance wheels, which is what I, NewGen is all about. Some guys won't get it yet... But they will... as it grows in popularity, and if ya don't like it, well then to each his own, there's plenty of other options out there.

Now back to your previous poll, already in progress...

Aww, don't be hating on the mesh!!! I love the design and that's what will be on my ride. I can think of better choices that the Boyd's, but the design is still my overall favorite.

Got it...I totally agree that silver is a not the color of choice for this ride. I'm thinking black diamond with a non-stepped brushed lip.
