Oh, solly, I forgot about the members, which really IS this site. Um, a 20% discount for December also. You figured that in to right. OK...... So 20% is cutting in too much. Well give more than the standard 10%, go 15% otherwise you are just another dealer on any other day. Deep discount December peeps. You wanna move product off the shelves go past the free shipping or 10% off MSR. Get with the program. Dig deep, 15% AND FREE shipping. Do you want to move some product during the open wallet time of the year? Get on board with ALL the other retailers. Suck it up during Nov and Dec and move some products. JR



Here is another though. For the larger dealers that have that deep dealer discount. You know, that special price sheet. Move that large inventory OFF the shelves at your cost. Yup, for a december push (its not too late) the parts that have been sitting on the shelves out at YOUR cost. You loose some due to stocking costs. But you end up actually moving the stuff VS hanging onto it for another year as new products are entered into the market for 2011. Sometimes you have to spend (loose) money to make money. Dont forget that simple business term..
