      1971 Camaro RS

just picked this up was looking for one for a while ..its decent but is all original even numbers matching motor..body has had quarters put on kinda amatuerish but car looks great from about 10 feet..i plan on making it an autocross track car anyhow so pretty paint doesnt matter to me..its suppose to be Synergy green but think its actually darker in person..anyhow itll be under the knife soon..

Hey man so what are the plans then complete DSE suspension with big cube LS or what?

Any surprises aside from the quarters on the car when you saw it in person?

besides, what's the difference in the bodies between a 70 and 71? aren't all 70 to 73 the same basically?

Looks good Darrin!! All of us are getting seroius about the track cars. I think I am going to finish the 69 suspension and put the 350 out of the 68 with a t56 and beat on it while a finish the bodywork!

Nice car Darrin, you'll love the engine. Remember when we were sideways on that country road near your house? that was the engine in the car. ;)

The item on the top of the list for a track car .......... drum roll............... good rubber, try the Kuhmo tires Mary recommended. And set the alignment on KILL....

naw, i was just giving him a hard time cause he's missing that year and a 72 to get a straight flush. LOL

71's are nicer cause they have the better seats.
