I'll be watching this one closely too. I'm thrilled to see the 2nd gen birds coming into their own.

Yes. Front and back glass will be flush mount.

That was Ben Hermance's idea and pretty much what Year One did on their BREs I think. My build is WAY behind yours though you are giving me something to aspire to. LOL LOVE the valve covers and intake you are having done. I may want to switch over to a turbo car verses a pro-charger after watching yours.

I doubt that intake would fit in my budget though. WOW!

Any news lately Doug? I'm very interested in that Morrison back half for my 2nd gen, though not ready to do it yet. Is it going to be a regular offering of theirs? I almost hesitate to ask...does it have a price tag?.....lol

I was told that that it was scheduled to be built this week. I haven't heard any more since Craig Morrison was out of town this week. Maybe I will get some news this coming week.

Amazing build, I can't wait for the updates.

Side note, the VFN 77-78 nose was molded from Ray Cox's car. While it fit Ray's car perfectly, some of the other cars didn't work out as well. Nice part, but might need some tweaking.
They also made Ray a carbon fiber nose as a one off.

I got these pics a while back from Frank at Prodigy Customs. This is the rear clip being built at AME. The front and rear clip are now at Chad's place though I haven't seen any pics of the whole setup. Still crated up while he hangs out at SEMA. LOL

It looks like the 4-link is a long way inside the framerail. What effect could that have on handling? Just curious!

The 4-link is for straight line. converts to a 3-link for handling.

Just found this one in the "pile o pics". This shows the bracing on the rear end. I have yet to see any of this in person so I am looking forward to that.

Wow great looking stuff. Got a couple questions I saw mention of a carbon hood and nose are these one off deals or are they going to be offered to the public.
