I did flip the )2 sensors, but still had the intermittent sputtering + more fuel consumption which confirmed to me...in my eyes... that the driver's side bank was running leaner. The dyno shop also had confirmed by putting exhaust analyzers in both pipes just downstream of the O2 sensors.

Maybe more fuel consumption is what the engine is suppose to have.. (Needs it for the lean cylinders) During the time you had the O2 in the drivers side, did you get some miles on it and check all the plugs? One A/F measurement out of the passenger exhaust won't necessarily tell you everything but that it's running fat. Is only one cylinder fat or are they all fat?

Not saying that you have a missfiring cylinder, but as an example:
If you have the O2 on the passenger side with a missfiring cylinder (Sputtering?), it will detect the one rich cylinder and back down the fuel for all creating a lean condition for the rest..

      Here's my concusion/thoughts:
If compression is good on all cylinders.
If you know the manifold seal is good to head.
If you know the Injectors are good.
If you know Spark is good to all cylinders.
If all plugs look the same on each bank (good 1-4 and lean 5-8)
If you switch the O2 side and it repeats but opposite (fat 1-4 and good 5-8)

Then I would lean toward the ECM--possible injector driver issue? Wiring Issue? Low voltage to one bank?

For all the above questions yes.

Not what I wanted to hear. . Is this something I can check before calling the Accel Tech Line? If not, I guess I can upgrade the ECM.

One more to add to the list:

If you know the Fuel Pressure is good (same) to each side.

You could check the injector supply voltage. Since it's fed from the same relay, should be the same. If not, then possibly a bad wire/connection. The injector relay should be supplied directly from the battery. (Terminal 87) Terminal 30 to the injectors and others.

At the injector connector there are two power wires, check both. Also, if you really think 4 injectors drivers are bad on one side, flip the injector harness over and see if the problem moves to the other side.
