55 Chev update
Well, things are finally moving along. My engine has arrived - a Shafiroff 540 with 8/71
. After being away (the car not me) for 12 months, has a new flat firewall fitted with a 4 inch recess, dash has been converted to RHD, tubs are in and some new floor sections.
As the bank balance recovers from the engine purchase - am looking at what front end to run - looking at Jim Meyer. I'll try and post some pics soon.

Andrea, that thing sounds wicked...I am in Melb so when you get it on the road let us know, love to see / hear that thing....we definitely need some pics !!
