For the practice runs what I was suggesting is each run group consisting of 10 cars gets a half hour to practice. 3-4 cars on the track at all times with say 3-4 laps at a time. You make your 3-4 laps and then pull back around into the pits. The down time between runs will only be a few minutes so you'll stay fresh. That should give each driver a good 10-15 practice laps.

The main reason why I wouldn't want to do it this way for the official timed runs is because run group #1 will be on a hot track at midday whereas group #5 will end up running at 4:00 or possibly later as the track and ambient temps will have cooled.

Jason, 100 bucks for a day of racing is great---passengers would be welcomed I assume? That is also a big selling point---50 cars sounds right for the count as well. If you could get the IN-N-Out truck to come, now we are talking-----

Good call on the In-N-Out truck.

I agree that passengers should be allowed. We should probably be selective on who is allowed in the pits(for safety reasons). Something like the wristbands they had on Tuesday but for crew members and media only.

      I still haven't seen the e-mail, if I don't have anything by 4:00 I'll call again.

BTW: Sal just caught me typing away on here and he asked what I was up to. I told him and he had some cool things to say. I won't divuldge specifics just yet but this could shape up to be a great event.

Nothing against the Camaros but we need some variety.

It is basically just a shell right now. By the Fall it should have our Torque Arm and new P/T front suspension and a new driveline.

This picture was taken about two months ago. It is actually in worse shape now since the front and suspension that is in the picture is now a display for the shows.

Damn!! I guess I waited too long. All the people with answers @ Adam's have already gone home so I'll have to call back in the morning.

I wouldn't worry about him making you look bad. I used to get your cars confused at first and thought you were really fast

Yeah, you're right. Let me revise that statement, there are so many people whose cars are faster than me, sometimes it gets difficult to tell them all apart.
