Hot Rod Power Tour (from a shorter vantage point)

This is a pretty cool video that Andy Voelkel (Bret's son) and Spencer Payton (Scott's son) did on power tour....

Do you still believe in all the things that you stood by before? Are you out there on the front lines, or at home keeping score?
Do you care to be the layer of the bricks that seal your fate? Would you rather be the architect of what we might create?

Really, really cool. I love seeing all the kids on tour and will be bringing mine in a couple years. It is a great way to keep our hobby going.

I took Sharon and the kids on the Power Tour 2 years ago when we debuted Velocity. Andy was 7 and Sara was 5 at the time. Those who own early Camaros understand the enormity of stuffing 2 adults, 2 children, and the attending luggage in a car like that for a week.
Andy spent most of the Power Tour week "selling" catalogs and decals. I paid him a penny a decal and a nickel per catalog. It was up to him to keep track. Amazingly, his math grades got better the next semester!

I was so proud of how everyone handled the Power Tour trip 2 years ago that I bought a motorhome the next week. It is now our favorite thing to do as a family. They get to travel in more comfort...I get to go to my favorite shows and races.

I was very proud of how Andy and Spencer Payton handled the video interviews on this years tour. This was all the work of Scott Payton...Sure glad he thought of it!
