1970 Buick Le Sabre Custom Convertible
I have a chance to buy this car but I have a few questions first that you guys might be able to help me with.
350 auto 110k new top and interior bottom end of the motor was done at 100k body is solid but the paint is starting to fade it was repainted years ago I'm told that this is the original color.New bumpers front and rear.

1. What is it worth ?
2. What are some common issues to look for.
3. What suspension is under this ( A Body ) or not.


can someone photoshop newer looking wheels onto to it to give it the pro-touring look and maybe some paint mods like two tone don't want to put a lot of money into this car.

98% Sure thats a B body. I see similar cars 4-7K in real decent shape.

Figure the value at $0.75/lb - $0.85/lb.

That should get you close.

Nice car but not real disireable. 350, no air, manual brakes, big Buick. You gotta have something good to tell me to make it worth "Mo Money"!

If the convertible top is bad in ANY way drop the above figures to $0.50/lb.

Definitely a big car, not an A-body. The Buick A-Body is the Skylark/GS. I have a 67 GS vert. I am a Buick guy. To get a better gauge on it's worth, go check out www.V8Buick.com
