Project pictures for PHR or CC

I swear I read in one of the last issues of PHR that they were looking for project pictures. I have looked through my last few issues and can't find it anywhere. Then I thought maybe it was Car Craft so I looked through those and couldn't find it anywhere. Does anyone know what I am talking about and where to find it?

Life's journey is not to arrive at the grave safely in a well preserved body, but rather to skid in sideways, totally worn out, shouting - Holy cow - what a ride!!!

It's PHR for the Reader's Projects contest. I'll try to find more information for you.

Everything I can find on their site pertains to 2009.

Alright I finally found it. It is in the Mar issue in the Message Board section.

      Cut off is Apr 2.
