Hello, I've got an 85 Monte SS that I have installed an LS6 crate engine and 4l60e trans. I have had the car since 87 when it was stock and SLOW!!! The body is stock except for paint, and the interior has been redone also. The suspension is all done over,(handles like a Vette).

ls6monte. that's a great looking car. i once had a burgundy 87 MC ss. i wish i had it back becuse all it needed was a new motor and trans.

Thanks! The car has been painted that color since 2000. The color made that car! It totally changed it the way it looked before.

Thanks everybody. I pretty much suck at posting pics. lol
The suspension is Hotchkis tubular upper ca's with 12" Front brakes, B-body spindles and calipers and master cylinder, EBC brake pads and stainless steel brake lines. Rear brakes still have drums. The car needs rear discs but don"t have the $$ yet.
The rear is also Hotckis with adjustable upper arms. It has Eibach springs all around. It also has Energy Suspension body bushings. I have Edelbrock shocks in the front and QA1's in the rear( wheelhop snapped the Edelbrock). The swaybar's are Hellwig front + rear sized 1 5/16" front and 1" rear.
