      Flat Black Paint

I am considering doing a flat black paint job on my car, maybe flat metallic from Kustom Flats. If I did that I would have powder coated wheels and bumbers. Anybody out there doing something similar. I like the look, it is cheaper to paint but I am worried it might be a short lived fad. Ofcourse if I like it that is all that should matter. Pleas post your opinions or picks of anything with flat paint. I have a 69 chevelle by the way. Thanks

What's wrong with red wheels on a flat or satin black car?

No red wheels . I am trying to make my car unique but I don't think I could do colored wheels. I would powdercoat them but it would be something like the smoked titanium on Rushforth wheels. I did consider red interior though. I guess you never know how it will look until you get it done. I need to learn me some skills on photoshop and take some art classes so I can do my own renderings and put together 100 differant combos until I find what I like.

Alright just saw the picks of red wheels. They do look good. I guess it all depends on the overall picture. Oh so many choices!!

Just paint it what you want and not worry about following trends. With that said I like satin paint but I don't know if your blue would look quite right on a chevelle, I think satin white would look awesome

truthfully I have no idea, as the car was painted like this when I bought it. I am gonna have to find out though as it will need a repaint. It is a satin not a flat.
