      ATS, spindles, new no.?

I tried their phone number today and it is disconnected. I saw a previous thread that mentioned the number was working.

I placed a large order with another vendor that included the ATX spindles. Some how my order was misplaced and my place in the spindle line was shuffled. I know that ATS was waiting on Delphi hubs for the spindles.

I want to help out Tyler and let him know that I'll take the spindles without the hubs. I'm thinking that SKF hubs would be a great alternative. I know he probably gets alot of emails so I thought maybe a BRIEF call would be better. Anyone with word on their number?
      Thanks

I recently bought a pair of hubless spindles from ATS. When I checked on the hubs at NAPA, they are about $250 each. Ouch! I didn't realize they were that pricey. Do you have part numbers for the SKF hubs and do you know if they're any cheaper?

      Unfortunately, they aren't cheaper.

I like ATS stuff, I have a set of the SS Tri-Y's. I would like to keep my front suspension as clean as possible and not have to compromise and the spindles were a great way of accomplishing that goal, so I'll pony up for the SFKs if needed, and I'll help out Tyler with his back order problem. Did you call to get the spindles?

      $250... ?? THAT's cheap... !!

The SKF units each are $370+ at a discount. And dont even ask the dealer what they want for them... unless you are looking for some good comedy relief.

The NAPA guy gives me a military discount. I checked the Pfadt online catalog and found the SKF hubs. They're nice. My question now is, for a car that's primarily a street car with occasional autox and road course visits, are the SKF hubs overkill?

      Guys-

We know about the phone issue. Long story, but the phone company transferred service to my house about 2 weeks ago and forgot to disconnect it at the old shop. Took them 5 days to fix it lst time. Then my fiance of 6 years lfet me last week and kicked me out of the house- the night before we were both supposed to leave on vacation for a week.
So Ive had the phone re-connected at my new place but surprise! They forgot to disconnect it at my exes house. When it rains it pours.

I'm ready to kill someone over at Embarq.

Email will have to be the way to get a hold of me for the time being there is no way I'm giving out my cell number.

      Tyler

I'll second that! I have yet to buy from you, but you have always been extremely helpful! Once a few job related details are straight, I should be able to start on my project again... sooner or later I'll have to order my spindles!

Good luck, we're pullin' for you!
