Dual line brake clamp

Anyone know where to find the dual line brake clamp that Stielow uses? The brake clamp I see online has a bolt in the middle, but Mark uses a clamp that the bolt is on the outside to allow the lines to be closer together, but I can’t find them.

Hit them up and they have made them, but claimed the shop is too small to make and sell….
