Roadster Shop and Art Morrison (Chassisguys.com)

Does anyone have experience purchasing or have any knowledge of the company Chassisguys.com? On their website they sell Roadstershop and Art Morrison frames. I'm trying to find references from anyone that has done business with them since they only communicate by email. They've supposedly been around since 2015 although I have never heard of them until recently and wanting to make sure they're a legit business before spending tens of thousands of dollars on a frame. I did email them and they replied back with "we do everything through email for record keeping purposes". I find it odd that they don't have a phone number to have a conversation just for simple questions and general inquiries. Any insight from actual experience or knowledge with these guys would be greatly appreciated.

Why not call RS or AME directly? They both sell direct to consumer....
