I like the magnaflows I have. Sound better than the old Flowmasters I had

      A very subjective question.

I'm using Dynomax Ultraflo's which have a great deep sound to me without being overly loud.

I've had two sets of Pypes RacePros and love them! Same straight through design as the Borla/MF/UF but full stainless and half the price.

+1 for magnaflow. The street performance and race mufflers sound amazing. Especially on LS engines.

      Magnaflow here.

Flowmaster died in the early 2000's imo. And I'm being generous.

Was never really a borla fan...... Seemed they were always OVER proud of their work....... If you catch my drift

Borla's sounded great on my 455, and sound better on the LS7. Not too deep, quiet at cruise, but man they sound bitchin when you jump on it.

Magnaflows or Spintech's are my vote but it all boils down to a personal preference! The right exhaust combination can sound mean on any car!

Also know that sound differs between X and H pipe. Josh is right the combo will make the difference.
