      MCB and my Ridetech suspension.

I would just like to thank Matts Classic Bowties for my ridetech suspension I ordered for my 68 Camaro. They are awesome to deal with and my shipment arrived way faster then I would of imagined. In like 2 days from ordering it is sitting here at my desk at work. Fast service is awesome!! Thank you for that! Now I am waiting on my front Wilwood brakes which will take longer I suppose.

On a side note, after spending $4k on suspension parts, it would of been nice for ridetech to include some swag like a hat or t-shirt for me to promote them. Very disappointing for sure, but my camaro will bad ass when finished!!

      Thanks, Erik

Had a similar experience with MCB. They're great to deal with!

Swag? You didn't get stickers in the ridetech boxes? :P

Yep have only had one issue and Kim had to fight with Wilwood to get my parts out, they were delayed quite a bit because Wilwood didn't process the order. I was still out almost a week and lost a weekend. Can't say I got my credit from shipping back on that actually <shrug>

But Matt and Kim are both very friendly, just too bad they are local as then we are paying sales tax

I can get a sticker in a happy meal from McDonalds. $4k atleast deserves a hat a or t-shirt. I would like to promote how awesome there product is. I hope I dont have an issues with my Wilwood brakes being delivered. I went through Matts because they are nice people. I could of easily ordered them from Summit racing and probably had them in 3 days. We will see!

      Thanks, Erik

Read through all the paperwork that came with your parts. I found a piece of paper with my shocks which was either a survey or registration, don't remember which. Anyway, once completed online they sent a free shirt.

I ordered all my ridetech stuff from MCB as well. 2 months later I was bs'ing with the ridetech guys at their booth and going over a few questions with them. They wouldn't even give me a $2.00 koozie! The guys the year before gave me a shirt and banner for just talking.

Glad to hear that you got your parts! As the other guys said, fill out the customer satisfaction survey for us and we'll get you a shirt coming! Let me know if you need any help. Again, thanks for the good words.

With the new trailer program is ran a little differently, it's not as easy to get the free swag like before. Typically, if you place an order for a kit, we'll throw in a shirt or a hat, at that time.
