Project Dark Knight: 750whp LSA 68 Camaro Track Build

Decided to repost/rename my original thread to better suit my project name. The build has been coming along very well and should hopefully be on the track by the end of summer. Chassis is fully built with all DSE parts and Strange aluminum third member. Cage also got done recently along with Ididit column and Sparco steering wheel and seat. The motor was completed last week which was very exciting to see. My wheels should be in sometime soon and the "project name" will make more sense when they get fitted. They are 18x12 and 18x11 CCW LM20. The centers are satin black and the hoops are gloss black. Already have the huge BFG Rivals sitting in the shop ready to go on. Going to take a little fender massaging but we're going to stuff the 18x11 with 315-35 on front.

The crew at Dusold Designs is doing an amazing job so far and definitely blowing my expectation out of the water on this build.

Next step right now is to get the T-56 Magnum ordered so we can get the engine and trans in the car to start plumbing. Should be one hell of a fun car when its done. I do plan on making it street legal. Which will probably get me into a lot more trouble than I want.......oh well

Sweet, love the tire sizes. Nice to see you went with fully forged internals versus halfway forged lol.

Wheels finally came in today.....after a really long 2 month wait. They should be getting mounted and mocked up soon. Definitely can't wait to see them on the car.

Got the tires mounted. I'm still pretty speechless about them. Next step is to get the front fenders worked and get these big beasts put on.

If old women and small children don't cringe when they see or hear the car, then you missed the mark.

What's the plans for paint on this beast??
IMO,I think any color would look good as long as it's black...

Plan is satin black and possibly gunmetal stripes down the front fenders. Up in the air about the stripes. Paint will most definitely stay black though

      18x11
      Inner 8"
      Outer 3"
      Offset +16

      18x12
      Inner 8"

It'll be terrorizing the streets of TX but a road trip to Cali may not be out of the question
