Have my ridetech 4 link installed and i want to finish the installation by setting the pinion angle and welding the upper bar brackets to the rear. My question is does it matter what set of rims and tires that are on the car and does the car need to be at "full weight"? What I mean is that the car is basically a shell and I am going to put the sub under it to get the angle i need. Is this ok or do i need more weight to get it at a lower ride height?

you need it as close to the final ride height as possible. you should be able to figure this out by knowing the height of the tires your using and the ride height of the car to the ground. take the tire height and cut it in half. then set a reference point under the car at where you what its ride height. then set the diff level to the half tire height above that reference point.

you should be able to take the springs out and support the rear end with a jack or jack stands at the correct ride height
