I'm sure others will chime in but I just bought that cheap peel n seal & did my doors, kick panel area, quarters, tray package & back seat area. Cost about $50. You can really tell on the doors when you shut them. They feel solid and don't have that empty metal sound. Just my 2 cents

I found some roles of cheap stuff at a swap meet for $28 just for my doors n under some panels. Just used spray adhesive. Im using the pre cut stuff for the floor. I can go look up the brand if you wanted.

I went the other route, full Dynamat. I got some great deals on Ebay and covered EVERYTHING, including the firewall and the insides of the doors. I may have gone a bit over board but it made a HUGE DIFFERENCE.

recommended is 25% coverage of deadener (not the home depot peel and stick stuff) then full coverage of a sound absorbing material. You can go overboard if you want it as quite as possible (i'm doing 100%) but 25% will get you the best results per dollar spent. I highly recommend rammat http://www.raamaudio.com/

here is a great test comparing the two. 25% coverage using a true deadening material vs. 100 % coverage using peel 'n stick.

tl:dr--- it ends up being cheaper, lighter and less expensive using the real stuff.

I just got done using second skin product on my Chevelle, it came out great! My father-in-law used all dynamat on his and you can hear a difference between the two. I highly recommend second skin, check them out its worth it.
