The Grand Illusion 1959 Cadillac megacoupe

Hey, all! Posting this build for the first time (I think). This is my 59 Cadillac. Formally a 4 door 6-window Sedan, this one has had a 2 door conversion. Top chopped 3/5. Shaved. Slammed. Frenched exhaust. Very extensive body mods make this only Cadillac in the world shaped this way. Here's the build rundown...

HOK Tangelo Pearl, matte clearcoat, and extensive roof job by Chads Custom Dreams in Saluda, SC
      Colorado Customs Levansworth 22x9s
      Fab 9 rear
      Wilwood discs
      Wilwood elec park brakes
ABS Power Brakes electric brake booster
      Ricks Stainless Tank
      Restomod Air
      air ride coming
      59 impala Dash
      Power windows
      Power door poppers
      All custom cut glass
      Dakota Digital
Full custom interior in yhe works
      Fully forged 6.0 L86
      Ron Davis custom radiator
      LSA Blower
      Monster level 3 4L80e
      Circle D converter
      BigFinBuilds LS Swap kit

It's soon going off to have drivetrain finished up, air ride installed, and Restomod air. Then it'll come back to Spartanburg for interior. Plans are to have it finished for SEMA this year. This build was originally stated In Holland at The Metal Factory over a decade ago. I purchased it a year ago and brought it stateside.

I have a Facebook page set up for the car's build located here. https://www.facebook.com/profile.php...ibextid=ZbWKwLName: 20230223_143044.jpeg

I think a 59 caddie is longer than the dodge crewcab that I used to pull my race car. Quite a project.

      Restomod AC installed and charged
All trim is back from polisher
      Windshield is in

Really annoying how pics upload sideways. Why does it do that?

      UPDATE!

The car us now 95% complete. I swapped wheels to 20 inch Isotopes, have exhaust finished, stereo is complete, all chrome ajd stainless are on, power windows are in. Leather Interior is 90% finished. I'm mainly waiting on my glass guy to show up and cut/install the rear glass. It has a week worth of work left that will probably be drug out over a month.
