      1970 Chevy C10 from Ohio

Here's my project. This all started as rocker panel and cab corner replacement. The body is almost done at paint and I recently got the chassis suspension back from powder coat and a rolling chassis built. But it's a '70 C10 that now has a 2005 LS2 and 6 speed, full 1993 Corvette suspension front and rear, full round tube chassis, custom headers, gauge cluster, tilt bed floor between the rear wheel wells to show off the chassis and independent rear suspension, shortened bed, custom exhaust out of the bed sides, custom hood hinges.. the list goes on. All the fabrication was done in a 3 car garage by a friend and I, from bending and welding the tube chassis to all of the subtle body modifications, I've had the truck for 11 years now I got it when I was 15 as my first vehicle. All the work done so far has been done in a 3 car garage with the help from a good friend/neighbor.

I'm keeping an eye out for a good deal on a 5.3 or 6.0. I've got 4th gen f body headers laying around that I don't want to put on my Trans Am, so I'm curious if I can make them fit the truck
Thanks! and they would probably work, I believe I tried a set for mine but they didn't line up quite right for what I needed with my frame.

Thank you!! And actually we built it, the guy thats helping me is an insane fabricator. He had built a couple other box tube frames over the years and thats what this was going to get and he decided we better try a round tube and I couldn't disagree lol

I better subscribe to this one too since it's the project section. I've always wanted to build a frame with round tube. I've got a tubing bender and now that I've got this 67 GMC I have something with a full frame. I might have to copy your design on this frame lol

Looking good!.. do you happen to know the part number of the manifold pressure sensor that you used? and also what bolts did you use to mount the intake to the heads.. I'm looking at the stock intake bolts on mine and i'm thinking they are too long....

Thanks! and I'm not sure of the part number on that off the top of my head, I'm not going to be where the truck is for a few days but I can definitely get it for you. The intake bolts were from Jegs, they were ARP LS intake bolts. Not sure of a part # but I can try to find that as well.
