      I like that pattern too. I usually go far on both sides of pinion depth and work my way to as best as it can get. Like the pattern you have, I would add more shim to just to see what happens. If it was too much, than I know what I had before is the best it can be.

      Pinion Depth 12bolt

      I installed a Speedtec torque arm and measured the pinion angle many times. However, the noise has not stopped, so I am thinking of replacing the 12-bolt bearing. When I checked the backlash, it seems to be quite large. Please advise.
