Positive or negative caster???

I'm changing the front suspension on my 72 El camino and the upper control arms have options for positive or negative caster. I want to know which is better for road racing cause its quite a pain to change the control arms once they're on. Any help is appreciated. and I'm doing this right now so a speedy reply is greatly appreciated. thanks!

I have 5 degrees in both sides.
